Welcome to Detroit City
I stumbled across Yves Marchands & Romain Meffre's work 'The Ruins of Detroit' and fell in love! They take the most intriguing photos of abandoned buildings in Detroit. They make a building that was once loved and respected, and take a photo of it for one last time before it crumbles in to the ground as respect and modesty for the rather once grand but now ruined buildings of Detroit.
The collaboration project has been ongoing for 5 years, and you can buy their book 'The Ruins of Detroit' by clicking here.
