A few weekends back, me and the husband went exploring to Phillip Island. I fell in love with the place, as it felt like we were in true Australia. We saw so MUCH wildlife this weekend. We felt like David Attenborough!

We also loved Phillip Island, as the landscape really reminded us of the Cornish coastline! Who knew huh? We both fell in love with the Wallabies. They are so gentle and so so cute. The Koala's came a close second. We are really starting to settle into our new home now and I really love exploring this vast countryside.

Lots of things are happening at the moment behind the blogging scenes. I am currently working on a new look for Pencil Stitches. It seems to be taking longer than expected, as the last thing I want to do when I get home from work, is go on the computer. However its slowly getting done. I have given myself a deadline, so keep your eyes peeled.

In other news, its 10 days until my parents fly out to Australia to visit us. Its been over 5 months since we saw them last so I really can not wait to see them and show them around our new home.

  1. LOVE that pic of you feeding the kangaroo. If that's not life down under I don't know what is. Enjoy your time with your parents! Keep in touch xx
