Giveaway: Coco Mademoiselle Perfume Illustration Print

One thing I love about my etsy store, is that I get to speak to lovely people all over the world who either want to buy my prints, or send me little messages about their love for them. From this I also stumble across their blogs that I soon become a follower of!

One of my favourite customer's has to be Danielle from 'Breakfast at Toast'. If you are after a new lifestyle/design blog to read, I suggest looking at her blog! She fell in love with my Coco Mademoiselle print, when she found out she was going to have an article written about her apartment in 'Rue Magazine' an online interiors magazine.

My blog has started to rapidly grow the past few months and to say thank you to my readers I feel like I should do a giveaway of the print above! This is the first giveaway I have ever done, so it is quite exciting! To enter all you have to do is:

The print I am giving away is one Coco Mademoiselle print of an original illustration I created. The print will fit proportionately on to an A4 piece of paper which measures 11.7 inches x 8.3 inches. I will of course ship this out to you free of charge to!

What is in my make up bag?

Today, I decided to illustrate my essential make up kit! I am not the kind of girl that plaster's my make up on, however as you can see I am a big fan of designer make up. I am a huge Chanel fan when it comes to make up. I swear by its eyeliner.... it stays put all day, unlike a lot of other brands I have tried! My other daily essential is my Chanel Bronzer... I actually can not leave the house without this on my face. I don't use foundation on a daily basis, its more when I going on a night out. However I love Mac's Studio Sculpt. Its not to heavy, but has a really good cover. In the summer I switch to Bobbi Brown's tinted moisturiser. I am also addicted to Nail Varnish. I find that Dior is the best on the market. It stays put for day's and doesn't show signs of chipping for a good few days! 

The only issue with designer make up, is when it runs out! You have to pay a small fortune to replenish, which is never a good thing on the run up to christmas. All my spare pennies have gone on family and friends this year, so fingers crossed my hinting has not gone un-noticed!

Illustration: Chanel No 19 Perfume Bottle

I have finally got around to finishing this illustration. I want to try and build up my chanel bottle collection, so I will slowly but surely be adding more perfume bottles to my etsy shop. I am hoping to add a few more types of products to my shop in the New Year, so keep your eyes posted!

Also, if you are wanting larger prints of my illustrations, I have found an amazing printer! I had an order a few weeks back, and I was so SO happy with the way it turned out and so was my customer! The quality was absolutely amazing!

Chanel Pre Spring 2012 Pt. 2

Hi everyone, how was your bank holiday weekend? I had such a good weekend catching up with friends and drinking lots of cups of tea! It was so nice to be home, even though it was raining all weekend.

With only a 4 day week, it will be the weekend before we know it! So thought I would squeeze this illustration in whilst I had a chance!

Chanel Pre Spring 2012 Illustration

It feels sooo long since I last did an illustration, which is probably why I have really enjoyed the past few days working on this illustration.

I felt that I needed to add a few runway illustrations into the mix and seeing as I love fashion, it was anything but a chore! Of course, it had to be one of the outfits from Chanels Pre Spring 2012 runway. When I first saw this collection, it didn't really take my breath away but when I looked more in to the details, and the shapes I slowly fell in love with this collection.

Every season Chanel somehow manages to make half the women in the world fall madly in love with the same shade of nail varnish and this summer, it is no different!

As you can tell I have a slight obsession for yellow, so when I saw this I instantly fell in love!!

The amazing fiance came up trumps once again, as he has had a few day off (I have had to work....boo!), and happened to walk past Debenhams in town, and popped in to see if they had it in stock! Lo and behold....the next thing I knew whilst working away like a bee at my desk I got a picture message with him holding it, and asking 'how much I love him?' I obviously replied LOTS!  To say I was a happy girl was an understatement :)

Lets just hope it doesn't make me look like I have Jaundice! :) Pics to follow :)
